Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven Upwork Bidding Specialist to expand our client base through Upwork and similar platforms. This is an outcome-focused role, where success is measured by quality leads generated, proposals submitted, and deals closed.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Bidding & Proposal Writing
  • Lead Qualification & Follow-Ups
  • Collaboration with Internal Team
  • Market Insights & Strategy

 

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience of atleast 1 year in Upwork bidding / agency business development
  • Strong English communication skills and 
  • Ability to write clean, client-centric proposals.
  • Understanding of digital products, custom software and agency workflows.
  • Ability to research clients, qualify leads
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid, flexible schedule, outcome-driven environment.

     

 

 

Compensation & Benefits
 

  • Salary Range: Up to 30,000 BDT/month (based on experience and results).
  • Weekly holiday: 2 Days.
  • Festival bonus: 2.
