Description

We’re looking for a passionate Web Developer Intern to join the JoulesLabs team. In this role, you’ll support our developers in building, improving, and maintaining modern web applications. You’ll work on real projects, learn industry best practices, and gain hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies while collaborating closely with our design and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications under the guidance of the development team.
• Implement front-end features, UI/UX updates, and responsive layouts.
• Assist in integrating APIs and third-party services.
• Debug issues, fix bugs, and help optimize overall site performance.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver tasks on time.
• Participate in code reviews and follow standard coding practices.
• Test features across multiple browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.
• Document code, updates, and processes clearly for future reference.
• Research and explore new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to support ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or similar) is a plus.
• Understanding of PHP,  WordPress, and Webflow development is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with REST APIs and basic debugging tools.
• Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, research, and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in CSE, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Educational requirements may be relaxed for candidates with strong practical skills or relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 10,000 BDT/month 
• Weekly holiday: 2 Days.
